1. About AnyGO
ANYGO LOGISTICS LIMITED (“AnyGO”) is developing digital services to help customers and businesses arrange mobility and logistics through eligible service partners. Features mentioned on this website may be planned or in testing, rather than currently available to the public.
2. Website use
You agree to use this website lawfully, provide accurate information in enquiries and avoid conduct that harms our systems or other users. A website enquiry is not a confirmed ride, delivery, reservation, employment offer or partner approval.
3. Future bookings and partner services
When live bookings become available, the app will display applicable locations, eligibility, pricing, operational conditions and any relevant additional terms before a transaction is completed. Availability may vary across areas, times, service types, driver or fleet eligibility and operational capacity.
4. Customer responsibilities
For future services, customers are expected to provide accurate pickup, destination and package details, follow the law, treat partners respectfully and avoid prohibited, unsafe or misdeclared shipments. Additional safety rules may apply to family or school transport.
5. Partner responsibilities
Drivers, couriers and fleet operators may be subject to separate onboarding terms, licence and vehicle requirements, applicable insurance obligations, identity checks and continuing safety standards. Submitting an enquiry does not create a partnership, employment relationship or entitlement to bookings.
6. Prices, cancellations and payments
Any applicable prices, surcharges, cancellations and refunds will be shown in the relevant live service flows or service-specific policies. This public pre-launch website does not process ride payments or establish quoted fares.
7. Safety and availability
AnyGO aims to build clear safety, identity and support workflows; no digital platform can guarantee safety or service availability in every situation. For immediate emergencies, contact the relevant emergency authorities directly.
